  • Scaled the function from 80 to 120 engineers and from 4 to 15 autonomous teams, establishing Product Ownership, QA, Architecture and Delivery Lead practices.
  • Improved delivery predictability from 20% to 80% through portfolio prioritisation, structured planning, quality gates, transparent measurement and decision governance.
  • Built leadership capacity from 2–3 to 15 team leads, with defined autonomy, escalation practices, people development and team-level cost awareness.

  • Built a Microsoft Modern Workplace, Power Platform and automation shared service from 2 to 12 people, creating a catalogue-based delivery model for 6–7 clients.
  • Reduced client access to delivery capacity from months to weeks; typical initial engagements lasted several months and around 70% of sold work led to follow-on services.
  • Built Accenture Latvia’s Microsoft Custom Development capability from the ground up to more than 100 professionals, with approximately €4M annual P&L responsibility.
  • Built a leadership structure of 4 Delivery Leads, 10 Technical Leads and 5 Architects, supported by technical communities, engineering standards and architecture governance.
  • Led distributed enterprise programmes in healthcare, digital commerce, government case management and telecommunications.
